Virtual Desktops Less Expensive Than Physical?

In a recent announcement by Citrix, it has announced some technologies that promise to make Virtual Desktops less expensive than physical desktops. The solutions are aimed at making the end device–the thin device–cost less than $100, as claimed by Citrix, by putting the HDX processing on a chip.
